Key Responsibilities

• Collect, track, validate, reconcile and analyze financial activity including revenue, inventory and expenses data
• Produce, review, and analyze performance management reporting of actual results on costs, revenue, and event performance
• Develop annual operating plan/budget and work with budget managers to develop events budgets and produce event profitability analysis timely
• Work with internal departments on identifying opportunities to improve spending and performance based on cost/ performance analysis
• Track, monitor, and report on the financial impact of on-going revenue optimization initiatives
• Prepare and generate various reports using advanced reports/access/query from QuickBooks or SQL system and Excel as required
• Identify and resolve issues around data integrity and consistency
• Provide monthly cash flow forecasts
• Submit monthly revenue recognition
• Summarize, calculate, and report sales for two divisions
• Review and respond to inquiries in accounting, for by job profit and loss per customer
• Assist other departments with accounting and finance related issues
• Provide analytical support an analysis, new program for IBOs and contracts negotiation
• Participate in on-going process improvement and development initiatives
• Ongoing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting and perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative based field (Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or Accounting)
• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with demonstrated skills in collecting, analyzing, evaluating, performing correlation analysis, and financial modeling
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively partner with all levels of company personnel
• Affinity for numbers, strong intellect, and logical problem solver
• Knowledge of SQL, advanced reports, Microsoft Access or query databases and QuickBooks analytical tools preferred
